You can only return an item if it was NOT custom made for you. If you return a custom order it will not be accepted.

If you wish to return an item from the shop, you must communicate this with us. Submit a return request by email.

Unfortunately, returns are not free and you must send a return yourself to: KnapDruk, Anholtseweg 42, 7081CM in Gendringen.

Keep the proof of your return safe! You will need this if the package is lost.

We try to send your package as quickly as possible.

If you have requested a custom product, we will communicate with you what the approximate delivery time will be.

If you have purchased something from the shop, we aim for 3 to 5 working days. If it takes a little longer, you can always contact us! Remember, it is and remains manual work, so we may sometimes need a little longer for your order.

You can send us a message if you want to cancel your order.

You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. As soon as the order has been processed, it is already on its way to you and unfortunately we can no longer cancel the order.

You may ask us (almost) everything.

We allow up to 14 days since you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

After the 14 days you have another 14 days to send the products back.

This is NOT for custom orders. Custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.

Based on the submitted designs, we make a selection which can be placed on our website.

The artists also receive X amount per item sold. So super cool! Win win win situation. You happy, customer happy, we happy!

Because we have just started, we can currently print 1 color. Later we will expand to 4 colors.
